Signed under her in green ink is the actress Stefania Casini, who played Sara in the film.

Signed under her in black ink is Claudio Simonetti, the musician from the group Goblin who made the music score for the film.

And signed under her in blue ink is the actor Uldo Kier, who played Dr. Frank Mandel in the film.

This was signed by all of them in May 2017 at the Texas Frightmare Weekend convention in Texas. The convention program shown in the pictures will come with the lobby card when purchased.
