The Last Shark aka Great White (1981) L'ultimo squalo (original title)

L'Ultimo Squalo (released in the U.S. in 1982 as "Great White" and in other English-speaking countries as "The Last Shark" and "The Last Jaws"), the 1981 Enzo G. Castellari Italian giant shark horror thriller ("A quiet, restful summer in the lazy coastal town of Port Harbor is abruptly about to end."; "WARNING: Intense scenes of overwhelming suspense require parental discretion"; "In all the oceans of the world nothing is more feared than..."; "Presented as an informational guideline by the producers of GREAT WHITE"; made to cash in on the popularity of "Jaws") starring James Franciscus, Vic Morrow, Joshua Sinclair, Giancarlo Prete (billed as "Timothy Brent"), Chuck Kaufman, Ennio Girolami (billed as "Thomas Moore"), and Joyce Lee

Shortly before the film's release, Universal Pictures filed suit against the producers, claiming the film plagiarized Jaws (1975), and the Australian distributors, for breach of copyright regarding Peter Benchley's book "Jaws". Universal won an injunction, and the film was pulled from theaters.
