Q: What is your return policy? What is your satisfaction guarantee? A: If a item you ordered is defective or broken, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Simply send us an email explaining the problem and we'll send you an email with return instructions. Return options include replacement of same item or, at store owner's discretion, exchange for another item or refund.
We operate by the principle that we want you to be 100% satisfied.
DVD’s: We operate under the premise that we'll do whatever it takes to make you 100% satisfied. However, we won't accept a return or exchange just because you "didn't like the movie" or you decide you ordered the wrong title. There are no exceptions to this policy so please read title descriptions carefully and ask us questions before placing your order.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes.
Q: How will my order be shipped? A: Orders are shipped via regular United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail with delivery confirmation but no insurance. If you would like to add insurance please let us know and we will add it into the price. Please note: we do not offer overnight or super rush delivery service. We ship all international orders via USPS International Parcel Post Mail. International items are tracked by the Custom’s Form Number only.
Q: How long before I receive my order? A: Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after receiving payment. (Excluding weekends and holidays.) Then it's up the United States Postal Service and any international postal service on the receiving end. (US orders are generally received in 5-10 days. International orders vary by country, but are generally received in 7-21 days but can take up to 8 weeks). Please note: Postal services can be irregular. Many times international packages arrive at their destination in 7 days. Then, to the same destination, it may take 6-8 weeks. Why? I don't know. Sometimes packages get delayed by customs. If you are a US customer and have been waiting more than 4 weeks from shipping date, or an international customer and you've been waiting more than 8 weeks from shipping date, please check with your local post office and/or customs office and ask about a package from Dewey, AZ, USA. Our DVD-Rs are recorded in the NTSC system and are encoded for ALL Regions (Region 0). All DVD players manufactured in the US, Canada and Japan can play NTSC discs. If you live in a country where PAL or SECAM is the system used, your DVD player must be "multi-system" and capable of playing NTSC discs. Most international post-2001 DVD players are multi-system. Please check your owner's manual.
Your DVD player must also be capable of playing DVD-R discs. Most all post-2000 DVD players can play DVD-R discs. If you're not sure about your player, please check your owner's manual. No refunds will be given if you order and then discover your DVD player does not play NTSC or DVD-R discs. We also strive, to the best of our ability, to obtain the most complete, uncut versions for all DVD titles offered. All titles have been mastered from the best original sources available anywhere, in DVD-R.
